You have chosen a blended Adult and Pediatric FA/CPR/AED course which requires you to complete an online course before attending the selected in-person skill evaluation. If you do not have the online course complete before the in-person skills evaluation you are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
--CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY--
All cancellation refunds will be subject to a fee.
Less than 72 hours (3 days) notice: A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel or a $25 rescheduling fee will apply
No-shows on the day of the class are not eligible for a refund but may reschedule for a $25 fee
Classes may be rescheduled due to low enrollment
Student Enrollment

All instructions for enrollment are delivered electronically at checkout. Please follow the instructions and complete your online course prior to your registered skill assessment session time.

Registration details and a link to the online learning will be emailed after you successfully enroll in the blended learning class.

In-Person Skill Assessment
​
Please bring evidence (print or electronic) of the online course completion to show the instructor in order to participate in the classroom skills assessment.
​
Certification cards will be emailed within 48 hours after the successful completion of both the online course and the in-person skills course.
